Rhonda Parmley

Rhonda Parmley has worked as a rehabilitation counselor and business consultant in Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Colorado for nearly 20 years. She's presently president of Quaternia Services in Fort Collins, Colorado and is completing a Ph.D. at Colorado State University.
